Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

I have had this a few times,
blue screen with page_fault_in_nonpaged_area.
In reading a few post, they say a possible memorychip problems?

I was going to write the numbers down but couldn't seem to find them for
some reason in the event viewer?

I have 3 gigs of memory, I put 2 gig in awhile ago matched, and also have 2
512 matched?

Any help would be appreciated
