PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

When trying to install WXP, I get a BSOD of
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA.
What is wrong? The only weird thing I've done to my pc is
update the Award bios using AWDFLASH, then some other are
reseting bios by clean up CMOS. Could the problem be the
RAM? I've 128, 64, 64 in differents banks. Thanks in
advance.

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "50: Page Fault
...." item in the left side column.

Defective or mismatched RAM modules is one possible cause of this
problem but there are others.

You might try doing the install with just the 128 mb module in place,
and then add the others (one at a time) after the install is complete
and the system is running properly.

Good luck
