Page won't load

Hi. I've been needing to go onto pages that require me to
enter usernames and passwords. But something is
preventing IE to go to those pages. I get a "The page
cannot be displayed". I don't know what settings on my
options are preventing these pages to load. If anyone can
help please let me know. I need to fix this so I can get
onto pages for school. Thanks. If you need any more info
to figure it out like a picture of my advanced internet
options, let me know and I'll make them available.
 
Sorry, I posted a reply, but must have clicked "New Post"
instead. It is in this Win2000.General group a few pages
earlier. Sorry :)
