PAGE WILL NOT DISPLAY

my friend recommended a website called www.hi5.com but explorer says page
cannot be displayed why wont it work? i know the site exists.....

Is your computer connected to the Internet (other websites work)? Is your
Internet Explore up to date with Service Packs, etc? Try Internet Options
from the Control Panel and make sure you don't have ultra-high security
settings. Are you on a network where someone can limit your access
otherwise?
