Page scroll is very slow

I recently upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. After the installation,
I noticed that when I scroll down a screen the motion is very slow and jerky.
It didn't use to be like this with Windows 2000. Since I have upgraded, I
have only installed a few other items to my computer (Office XP, anti-virus
software, Quicken, and Adobe Acrobat)

Whatever help I can get will be much appreciated.

Maybe you need an XP version of your video card drivers. Try and update
them!

Uninstall then reinstall with the most recent versions of the video card
driver and mouse driver.
