Page reloads

How can I stop the browser from reloading the page that
has already been downloaded for an earlier browse.
I thought the cache took care of that yet, when I go back
a page it starts downloading the page all over again.
Perhaps my options are not set properly.

Can anyone tell what my settings should be.

Go to Tools > Options > General tab. At Temporary Internet Files, click on
Settings. Check Automatically
