I'm a PC person trying to help out a MAC person. When in word in the print
dialog box, it works fine to print entire document or current page, but won't
allow any other numbers to be typed into the page range box. In other words,
if one wanted to print only pages 3-5 of a particular document, it will not
allow. The number in the box defaults to 1, but box won't accept any change
or delete or anything else. It's almost as if it were the equivalent of the
box being "greyed out". I have never experienced this problem with Word on my
PC so I'm at a loss to tell her what to do.
She can print individual pages or sequence of internal pages using
AppleWorks, but not Word. Same thing happens on two different printers. Any
help will be greatfully appreciated.
