having trouble printing a range of pages

Range of pages (ex 2-7) won't print to our networked HP2550 laser printer.
It only prints one page. The only way to get a range of pages at this point
is to print them individually (print current page). Anyone else having this
problem? We are using Word 2007.

If the document contains multiple sections, you have to indicate not only
the page but also the section you are printing from. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/PrintMultipleSections.htm.

In Word 2007, right-click the status bar and choose to display "Formatted
Page Number" and "Section"; then you will be able to tell which numbers to
use as explained in the article (but it was written for an older version of
Word, where the formatted page number was displayed by default).
