Page numbers starting after Cover Page and TOC?

I have a document that has a cover page (page 1), a Table of Contents (page
2) and then the information starts. I'd like to start numbering on the page
after the TOC. I know how to format the numbering so that it doesn't show on
page one, but how can I skip page 2?
 
Ok, just figured out how to unlink a section from the previous section...
