page numbers in sections

I have a large form that just about covers a page which I use a mail merge to
get my data source to populate fields. Each page is broken up by a section
break. I have 145 pages. Is there an easy way to add page numbers that will
continue on from page to page (pages are seperated by a section break) and if
possible have it add total # of pages:

example 1 of 145
2 of 145,etc.

When inserting page numbers, there is an option "Format Page
Numbers..." where you can select "Continue from previous section".
Next to the Pages field used to print the current page number, there
is a NumPages field which will display the total number of pages in
your document.
