With XP,when I try to access www.myfamily.com I get the
Page not found error message. I have cleaned the cache
and checked settings as best I know. I can access all
other sites, others can access myfamily, and I can access
from another computer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc for a file named HOSTS with no
extension. (Not Hosts.sam)
Make sure Windows is set to show hidden files and folders and is NOT set to
hide extensions for known file types.
If HOSTS exists, rename it to HOSTS.OLD
Reboot an try again.

Or, In a Cmd window, enter
ipconfig /flushdns
then clear your TIF also, and re-boot.

tried your suggestions with no success...There are other
HOSTS files not with system32\drivers;I did nothing with
them.

Rename them also, all the hosts file that do not have an extension.
