1st question: I created a book in word with an Index page showing what info
on what page. Can I create a link for a particular page in the Index section
and it will take me to the book page ? Example Index page 35 link to page
35 in the book
2nd Question: Where could I find cool book type covers I checked templetes
and there wasn't really anything there. Right now I have everything created
on a word doc. and put in a folder would like to dress it up. I rember seeing
a couple years back a book cover that was a Spiraled book cover somewhere
from MSN??

There's no built-in way to create a hyperlinked index, but a table of
contents is hyperlinked by default.
