Should be around 1.5 times for RAM size, supply that your system is at usual
configuration. It also depends on what you've installed in the OS and other
hardware configuration a little bit.

I want to know the story of page file, I have 2 partitions on a physical
drive (C & D), OS is installed on Drive C. What is the best recommandation
for page file.

Page on d drive, have it be 10% of the free space on drive d. Have min and
max size be the same.

Hmmmm... let's see here... (Hypothectically) free space on drive D is
70 Gigs... are you suggesting that my page file should be 7 gigs?

John

Your page file should be 1.5 to 3 times that of installed RAM. To avoid
fragmentation you can or should set the minimum and maximum size to the
same value. It may not be advisable to move the page file to a
different partition on the same physical disk unless you don't have
enough space on the primary partition. It wouldn't hurt to do so but
you may not notice any improvements and may in fact increase seek time.
If you wish to have the page file on a different partition it should
be on a different physical disk and ideally on a controller of its own.

Within reason... in that case the 1.5 times the RAM size may make more
sense.
