Page fault in nonpaged area

I have install a different memory chip due to this error
and still no go!
I cannot access Windows, or Safe Mode nor can I re-install
without getting the Blue Screen of Death, with the above.
Tech Info": STOP: 0x00000000, 0x2C00000, 0x00000000,
0x8081b123, 0x00000000)

Someone please help!!!@#
