Page does not load until I resize the window

I am having a problem with my IE explorer. The webpage
will not load until I resize my IE window. I was running
IE 5.5 and upgraded to 6.0, and the same problem
persists. I am experiencing the same problem with "My
Computer" and browsing any folder on my computer. Any
ideas?
