Page Cannot Display and more!

I have installed the latest IE6 and SP1. I could not get
on the site, and had to order the CD by mail to get the
SP1!! I still cannot open certain sites......including
windowsupdate!! No links on EBay work. I have certain
sites set for all cookies to be accepted, etc. Have WIN
ME. This is making me nuts, it seems to be getting
worse!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try This:

Click [start] [run]
Type: regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll [press enter]
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll [press enter]
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll [press enter]

Restart Windows
Open IE click [tools][internet options][programs][reset
web settings]

Windows Update Fails:
Disable your firewall and anti-virus when obtaining the updates.
