Page cannot be displayed

I know that my modem is working. When I open IE the page
cannot be displayed. I have looked at the help screens and
tried the things I could find. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Tracy,

Open a dos prompt and type >ipconfig /renew
It should resolve your problem, if in the past, you've had
a working connection.

If you're using COMCAST you might have the same problem I
