I recently switched to cable ISP. Since that time
whenever i click an audio or video link or try to access
certain web pages , i get "page cannot be displayed". I
never had this trouble before the switch from dsl. Some
pages come up , some will not , and every time i click a
video or audio link it does this. It always used to
automatically bring up WMP and play the file.. I'm lost

Go to a dos command prompt box and try to do a "ping" to the web site, e.g.

ping www.yahoo.com

This will tell you if your nework configuration is correct with respect
to DNS which translates www.yahoo.com into it's IP address.

If you can't ping the web site successfully, then the problem is with
DNS with your new cable ISP --- call them --- or the web site is down
--- call them.
