Page cannot be displayed but I am online

I have DSL service. I can send and receive email but when I try to open
Internet Explorer I get message "Page cannot be displayed". I try to type
another address in address bar but get the same message. Please help. Thank
you

Also are you using a Firewall? That can block some web pages from
displaying.

What is the exact error message?

I did a system restore back to two days ago when everything worked and now
all is fine. thank you for the reply.
