"Page cannot be displayed" appears before loading correct page.

When I press a link from a web the "Page cannot be displayed" appears before
loading the correct page.The following is deplayed on the top of the page
"res://c:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm". I installed a new
printer yesterday and had major problems with the install. During the support
I did a lot of deleting files and such. Now my internet explorer is not
working correctly and I can't help but think it is related. Any suggestions
would be appreciated. Thanks!
