Which version of PowerPoint do you have? Which operating system and version
do you have? PowerPoint will not write directly to CD, if your OS is not
capable of that. Normally you need CD burning software like Nero to burn
your files to CD (I don't trust WinXP in that).

i have power point 2003 and windows xp. i have cd burner called sonic....

Use File - Package for CD to copy your presentation and all linked files to
a folder. Burn the contents of this folder to a CD using the burning
software that came with your CD-burner (Nero, Roxio, or the like).
