PAB and Outlook 2003

After reinstalling XP Pro and Office 2003, I restored my outlook.pst file and
my mailbox.pab files....

Outlook is now setup and working, and my PAB shows up in my contacts list...

THE PROBLEM:
When I create a new email, and click TO (or CC or BCC), the list is empty.
I've selected "Personal Address Book", and have since even removed the
"Outlook Address Book".

So as it stand, my contacts are there, outlook works, but my address book
does not "look up" the emails in the contacts list...

what could be the problem?

If you removed the Outlook Address Book service, you'll never see the names
from your Contacts folder in the address book. Add it back, and they'll be
there.
