P4P800 Sapphire Ultimate

P4 2.6 GHz, Asus P4P800 deluxe, 2X256 DDR 400, 350W PSU.
I do not overclock.

I am thinking of getting Sapphire 9600 Pro Ultimate (no fan).

No noise is important to me. That is why I am thinking of getting
a card with no fan.

Is there any incompatibility between the card and the motherboard
that anyone is aware of?
Will it fit?

I know that 9600 pro is not as good as 9800 pro. But, 9800 pro
is over my budget now.
What will I miss by not getting 9800 pro?

Tt will fit and function perfectly....my friend has teh p4p800 and a
9600Pro....it works great. you'll lose clock speed and less overall
performance....but for the money....the 9600 Pro will do very well.
