P4P800 deluxe DDR upgrade

I have a P4P800 deluxe and have 2X256MB DDR400 Kingston memory.
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-141-413&depa=0

I would like to add another 512MB to get to 1GB.
Can I add 2 more 256MB?

According to ASUS, P4P800 does not support 2 pairs of dual channel memory of
the type of memory that I have (KVR40064C3A/256).
http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket478/p4p800-d/P4P800_DDR400_QVL.pdf

Will it not work as dual channel?
Will it not use all the 1G?
Will the system not boot at all?

I would rather not buy 2X512MB in other to have 1GB when I already have
512MB.
Do I have any other options?

Thanks for your advice,

Navid

I always find the qualified memory list to be a bit strange.
Both the P4C and the P4P lists say four KVR40064C3A won't work.
The QVL lists your module as having Hynix chips HY5DU56822BT-D43.
So, first of all, examine your Kingston module, and verify what
kind of chips it uses. If they aren't Hynix, that improves the
odds it will work.

Now, look at the QVL again. Scan the list, and you'll find a
Hynix module using HY5DU56822BT-D43, and it lists as four
will work. I find that a bit strange. Maybe you could take
a chance, relying on the Kingston warranty. Or, phone Kingston
and ask them if there are any issues known with four of those
modules.

The picture in the datasheet shows they are single sided
modules, and I cannot imagine why they won't work. SS is
easier to drive than DS.

That is all the encouragement I can offer :)
