Proposed P4P800 System...look OK?

I really like the P4P800 mobo for a brand new system. I thought I'd
post my memory & CPU choices just to make sure I didn't flub any
pieces parts:

2 x 512MB PC3200 Kingston Memory, for a total of 1GB -->

Because I'm installing 2 memory sticks, I will have dual channel
available - right?

P4 2.6C GHz 800MHz FSB Retail -->

Will buy a 400-450W PS/Case, probably an nVidia 5700 Ultra (or
possibly an ATI, not sure yet), and run XP Pro.

Sound like a stable setup?

I'd get a 3.0 or 3.2, the prices went WAY down recently. You could always
overclock that 2.6C, but you'd lose PAT which makes a huge difference.

Yeah, but that adds about $100 to my CPU budget, and I gotta save some
$$ for other things. I hear you, tho. Otherwise, looks good?

Yep, same setup as I have basically.
