Before investigating thoroughly I ordered this last night for my
P4P800 Deluxe mobo:

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-432&depa=0

Now after reading some reviews, it seems that memory is not listed by
asus as being compatible. AND that there might be some trouble with
it with asus mobos.
Anyone running these successfully with the p4p800 deluxe? Any special
bios settings to get it to work succesfully?
Or should I call newegg Monday morning and try to cancel it?
If so, which memory should I get to replace it? I'm paying $180 for
these, can't go any higher than that. I'll stick with 2 sticks of 256
until I can get another 512 down the road.
I'm into some gaming, mostly using the system for multimedia, encoding
video, etc.
Thanks

It runs on my A7N8X-Deluxe -> no trouble, my computer is 24h a day switched
on. Good choice :)
