p.c problem

hi
i have a problem on my computer.i think it may be a
setting problem,but i,m not sure.when i drag the screen
down using the bar on the right of the screen the screen
comes down in jerking movements instead of coming down
smoothly.help.oliver

sounds like a problem in your graphics driver or a less computer resources...
