Ox800ccc18 on Outlook 200 when trying to configure to SKY email

SKY advise they do not have configuration instructions for Outlook 2000 and
to contact microsoft.

Via Tools/Accounts in Outlook I have set up incoming mail settings (POP 3),
pop.tools.sky.com.

In outgoing settings I have input smtp.tools.sky.com and followed
instructions as directed by SKY to set up email in Outlook express (not
withstanding they now say they do not have instructions for 2000!!

Error message when I hit send/receive is 0x800ccc18.

Please help!!
