owa prompts multiple times for credentials on non-isa exchange ser

Hello, I have a user that is getting prompts multiple times for OWA access.
If she opens a new message then she is prompted for her credentials, and if
she does anything that makes a box popup she is prompted for her owa
credentials.

She has to login 2 differnt times to send out a simple email message. Anyone
have any suggestions?

Make sure that the IE security in the user authentication is not set to,
prompt foru user and password.

Pablo,
I have a customer who is experiencing the same thing. I don't think that
your resolution is complete because my IE Security settings here have User
Authentication, Logon, Prompt for user name and Password; and I don't get
prompted by every OWA interaction.

I'm having difficulty duplicating the condition, even with his credentials
so I pretty sure it is an IE setting on his PC.

Do you have any other ideas? Thanks
