OWA not showing all emails in the inbox (not a .pst)

I have a user with Outlook at work and using OWA at home.
We are using Exchange 2000. She says that if she views an
email through outlook it is not visible in OWA, and if she
views it in OWA, it is not visible in Outlook. She is not
moving these emails to a .pst, she is simply viewing
them. This does not happen to me, or anyone else that I
have heard of in this environment. I checked options in
OWA, I checked the System manager for exchange and I
checked her properties in Users and Computers and found
nothing that is different that might be causing this
issue. Can someone help me with other suggestions as to
how to fix this?

Check her view on both OWA and Outlook. Make sure it's not set to unread
messages.
