One of our people was working on a new message using OWA Basic from Firefox
(v2.03) for around 10 to 15 minutes. When they hit the "Send" key, they go
back to the login screen. They log in again, the message they were replying
to in the view pane indicates they responded to the message, but the message
isn't in his "Sent Items" folder and the routing logs don't indicate any
message was sent.
Any ideas?
