OWA - error when trying to login !

Hi,

when trying to log into the email account through OWA, and after typing in
the username and password and hitting login, the user is unable to login into
his/her account and the following error msg appears:

HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable


can anybody please help me solving this problem ? I am running exchange 2003.

Does this happen with any other users or just this one user? This user does
have access to other web pages ok ? Where I work we have to put the name of
the domain before the username ie, domain\username Do you have to do this ?

Have you checked the AD account as well, its not locked, disabled as well.
Is this user behind a firewall that could be blocking ?
