OWA Can't reply or send email

My Company has just upgraded to an Exchange 2003 server
and we are using Outlook Web Access.

At home, I can reply to my emails and do everything I
want. However, at work, I can't reply to or send emails
from this Outlook Web access. When I press the send
button, the toolbar grays out, and nothing happens for 10
minutes or so until I eventually get an error message
back saying "Unknown".

Has anyone seen this?
