OWA and the missing sent items in outlook

Hi

I have a user who is currently using a PST as his email delivery point for
Outlook 2002. He often leaves the office and uses OWA to view and send email.
When he comes back however the email he has sent using OWA does not get moved
to the PST sent items, it remains on the server sent items.

1. Is this normal behaviour
2. Is there any way to change this

Thanks for any help.

Yes.

Drag and drop from the server Sent Items to the PST.

Best practice, however, is to use the Exchange mailbox as the delivery
location, not a PST.

Thanks for getting back to me.

However is there any way of setting this up so that when the user comes back
to the office and starts outlook any sent messages in the server sent items
automatically get moved to the PST sent items?

Perhaps with a third-party add on, but not natively in Outlook.
