OWA 2003 Message Disappears after Printing

When creating a new message in OWA 2003 and then printing the message
using the print icon the message prints then the text disappears ( on
the screen ) and the message locks up. I know there is no spyware or
adware (ran Adaware, Spybot, Hijack this, and Antispye) this problem
occurs on all computers. However if you compose a message and send it
and then print the message out the sent items box it works, its only
happening when you want to print a new message before sending it.
Computers have xp w/sp2 and have all updates.

We have the same problem. Small Business Server 2003 Premium Ed. (German).
Updated Exchange Server to SP1 and applied all Patches, problem did not go
away.
Clients are XP Prof. SP2 (German) with all updates.
Anyhow, after printing, we still can save the 'disappeared' message and the
lost text is saved, too. But my customers are annoyed. Is there a solution
out there?

Thanks in advance
Daniel

You can use ctrl+p to print or save draft before printing (press save button
on the tool bar)

Thanks, Veli for your workaround. As I mentioned, you even can save draft
after printing and the text re-appears in the draft box. But my customers are
usually working with Outlook 2003 and are used to print the mail *before*
sending it, so when using OWA they are trapped over and over again.
I still hope, someone out there has a solution for this bug.

Best regards
Daniel
