outscan.dll

Phil tried to remove his McAfee file OUTSCAN.dll, but Phill removed his
protection when he took McAfee off his system. I want to keep mine so where
is the outscan.dll file suppose to be creted from????

are you and Phil using the same computer? You'll need to reinstall McAfee.
Phil should have disabled email scanning, not uninstall it.
