error in ms utlook 2002

Hello
I am in need of help. I recently uninstalled McAfee Virus
Scan Professional and installed McAfee Security Suite
7.0. Now, each time I open Outlook 2002 SP-1 I get the
following error message
The Add in C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\vso\outscan.dll
could not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
outscan.dll. You may be out of memory, out of system
resources, or missing a .dll file.
I am able to open Outlook and send & receive email. What
do I need to do to correct the error? I have tried
running the Detect and Repair with no luck

Option1
Replace the missing dll file:
Use Search to locate the missing dll file. If the file is found, continue
with the next three steps. If the file is not found, continue with the next
section.
If the error message referred to a specific location, copy the dll file to
that location.
Copy the dll file to the Outlook folder. The default location for Outlook
is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office.
Restart Windows.

Option 2.
Delete the Extend.dat file, and then restart Windows. The Extend.dat file
will be rebuilt.

Option 3.
To remove the add-in for Microsoft Outlook:
1.Open Microsoft Outlook.
2.Click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
3.Click Other, and then click Advanced Options.
4.Click Add-in Manager, and then uncheck LDVP.
5.Click OK to exit, and then restart Outlook.
