Outook 2007 PST file problem

When I try to open Outlook 2007 with a large PST, it just hangs. I was able
to open it on Friday, but it's not opening now. I have a large pst file (900
meg) and I'm on an exchange network.

If I remove the PST file, outlook open ok. I can then open the PST with no
issues.

How can I fix this with having to close the PST every night?

Sounds like your pst-file holds some errors. Normally you would run
scanpst.exe then but this tool isn't fully functional in the BETA yet. You
could try it but make sure you make a backup of your pst-file first.
Otherwise, restore from backup.
