Outlooks goes offline suddenly

Hello,

I have an exchange account to the Outllok. few weeks a go, a new problem
occured, my e-mail start working fine, then suddenly it goes to offline mode
and when I send a message it stored on the 'Outbox' also, I can't see the new
messages that came to my inbox untill I click 'Send/Rceive' button or I
change the 'offline' to 'online' from the status bar.

I checked the network connectivity and the Network Card, I searched for a
solution and I tried to do the following:
Tools-> Email accounts-> View or change existing e-mail account -> Next ->
Microsoft Exchange Server then Change then from the 'more settings' and I
chose to 'Manually Control Connection State' - (It was automatically) - and
then choose 'Connect with the network'.

Please advise me urgently what can I do?? another user in the same corporae
is facing the same problem but the other users are not. Do you think that the
problem is related to the Exchange Server??
