Outlooks crashes at startup

I have installed Office Beta approx. 2 months ago and suddenly
(since July 19th) I couldn't start Outlook anymore.
Message displayed:
The file CRYPT32.DLL is incompatible with MS Office Outlook.
Install Outlook again.

And then I see foll. message:
Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting Outlook in safe mode
will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to succesfully
start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.
Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?

Clicking yes brings the same pop-up:
The file CRYPT32.DLL is incompatible with MS Office Outlook.
Install Outlook again.

Following message pops up:
Outlook failed to start in safe mode.
Would you like to start "Detect and Repair"?

Choosing yes starts the installating wizard, after which
I receive the final message:
Installing of MS Office 2007 Beta failed.

And then it's over.

Re-installing Outlook doesn't work, nor does de-installing, repairing
and even removing etc etc
I am stuck with Outlook and I am using Outlook Express instead, just
to be able to read my mail etc but I would like to have a workable Outlook
again.

Any help?

What Operating system do you run?
What IE version are you using?
Do you have any Addins for Outlook? If so what?

Under Tools->Options->Trust Center, disable items that may be used for
encrypting mail. It is obviously not Outlook 2007 compliant, and may not be
until RTM.

OS: WinXP Home, Version 5.1, SP2
IE7: 7, Beta2
As far as I know: no add-ins.

Strange thing: Outlook worked OK for a number of weeks.
During travelling in the USA and using wireless internet
in one of our hotels, problem occured.
