Outlook98 email in Word Format

I'm unable to send Outlook 98 email in Word format if
there are design features in the Word document that I
create using Word draw. It will send text only. At the
top of each email message I try to send, it indicates it's
in "Plain Text." There appears to be no way I can use
Word as my email format AND simultaneously choose HTML
language. At "Tools, Options, Message Format," I can
choose only one (1) option. Those options are: HTML OR
Microsoft Outlook Rich Text OR Plain Text OR
Microsoft Word. At the top of an email message to be sent
in Word format, the "Language" choice is turned off so I
can't choose HTML. In other words, I am prevented from
sending emails in Word format in HTML language. Can this
be resolved? Please send a reply directly to my email

What version of Word are you using?

Doesn't matter what version of Word - Outlook 98 did not have the ability to
use Word in any of the 3 formats. You had a choice to use Word (default
Word settings) or Outlook editor using RTF, Plain or HTML.

To the OP, there is no such option.
