Outlook2007 HTTP server error

After installing Office2007 (B2RT) and IE7 I was unable to receive/send to
an HTTP account (Hotmail). My SMTP account work without any problems.
Hotmail customer service sent me link for a file to download and install.
After doing that I was able to connect to my hotmail account, but I usually
get the following error, but mail appears in the folders.:

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80004005) : 'Outlook's request to the server failed.
The server responded ''. '

There's your issue. Hotmail is only supported to be accessed by a desktop
client if you have a paid subscription or when you use Windows Live Mail
Desktop (BETA). If you had it previously working in Outlook 2003 or 2002/XP
without a paid subscription you were one of the lucky few ;-)
