Outlook 2003; worked fine until 11/07 now error msg-server timeout

I have used my hotmail account with Outlook for quite a while w/ minimal
problems.
Now, when it tries to synchronize my inbox headers, it says "Task 'MSN mail:
Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC19) : 'A timeout
occurred while communicating with the server.'"

Appaently I am not able to set the time my server takes before it times out.
Any ideas? Thanks.

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
