Outlook2003

Outlook 2003 closes but Outlook.exe is still running in
task mangager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Office. I have done a detect and repair and applied all
service packs. I also went throug Add-In manager to
remove any thing that may be interacting with Outlook
such as AV, PDA etc. It is running on an XP Pro
workstation SP2.
