Outlook2003 not sync with hotmail

Outlook2003 not sync with hotmail

Hi, I have outlook 2003 installed, I have added a new email account (hotmail.com)

I have doen this by 1) E-mail Accounts, 2)Add new account, 3) Selected HTTPS, 4) entered my email address.

When clicking on the hotmail folder, NOTHING HAPPENS :-(
I think the problem maybe due to the fact i installed I.E 7?

In I.E 7 I have gone to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Settings, & added sites to my trusted lists etc.- TO NO JOY!

Can anyone help me end my suffering ?
