I am trying to set up Outlook for everyone in our office to have as their
email address. I want it used so we may network, email each other, follow up
with clients, meetings etc etc.... Could some help me out?

I suggest that if you have to ask that question here then you need some
on-site assistance.
It's not as easy as you might think and will involve some sort of mail
server - Exchange if you wish to share calendars etc etc.
