Hi All

This one is a weird one and I think the answer is no but I thought I would
ask anyway. Is possible to lock an email so once received it cannot be
forwarded or printed (read only I guess!).

Any help greatly appreciated (even if the answer is no)

Cheers Rexmann

ps using: Outlook (outlook 2003)

ps using: Outlook (outlook 2003)

Only if you are using Rights Management Service in a Windows 2003 server
environment. Otherwise as soon as the email leaves your machine, and the
domain in a 2003 server environment, the recipient can do anything they
like with it.

And a tip - don't use a "generic" subject line of "Outlook" - we all
KNOW your question concerns Outlook, otherwise you wouldn't be posting
in a group for the support of OUTLOOK, would you?

Hi Gordon

Thanks for the info I will look into "rights management". Fair point and
apologies for the generic title I will take more care in future.

Kind regards Rexmann
