outlook

I have recently lost everything out of outlook i.e. inbox e-mails, deleted
e-mails and sent e-mails. Can anyone tell me how to find them again sorry I'm
a bit of a novice

There are newsgroups specifically for Outlook. In reply to your question,
Outlook stores all data in a .pst file. If using XP, the path is usually
c:/documents and settings/user name/local settings/application
data/microsoft/outlook/. The file name is something like outlook.pst.
