Where are the outlook files located, and what is the structure of these
files? I want to write a program that will read email received by
Microsoft Outlook. I was able to do this with Netscape, but do not know
how to do it with Outlook.

Thanks.

All of your data is contained in one file, usually named outlook.pst. If you
search using *.pst, you may also find archive.pst, which is where the content of
user designated folders are archived.

Since this newsgroup specializes in issues related to Windows 2000 OS, you would
be better served by posting your question to a more relevant newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.outlook.general.
