without email id one name is showing in outlook address
book. how could i remove that name from there and how it
will get appear in outlook address book when we havnt
create the email account for the same.
 
Do you mean that you have an AD user and haven't mail- or mailbox-enabled
it, and yet it is showing up in your GAL? Note that the "Outlook Address
Book" is really just a view of the GAL and any contacts folders marked as
address books - where is this item actually seen?
